- Membership dues will run from June to June, each year, with dues being past due in July of that year.

Active memberships are $10 per year, non-participating memberships are $35 per year.
Active members must volunteer to assist in two club activities per year or pay the non-participating dues.
Out of area members are exempt from this charge. Please help the cause in your area.
- Current clothing may only be purchased and/or worn by current members.
- Members will ride responsibly and obey all traffic rules.
Members should ride in such a fashion as not to create a negative impression towards the Hearts Racing Club or cycling in general.
Members must wear a helmet during ALL club rides, events and whenever club clothing is worn.
- The club reserves the right to terminate the membership and repurchase current club clothing if any of the club rules and regulations are violated.
